For a flat fee of just $2,000, we turn off the time clock and give you all the efficiency solutions you need for the next 30 days.

(When you figure that our normal rate is $150/hr, this means that all consulting after the first three hours each week is effectively free!)

Retainer clients also enjoy priority access, as outlined below.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

In order to give our retainer clients our full attention, we accept a maximum of two retainers at any one time, so space is very limited. Contact us to inquire about upcoming openings.

If you'd rather start small, we also offer efficiency by the hour and efficiency by the solution.
