We don't like tracking our time by the minute, and our clients don't like worrying about how many minutes we're spending solving their problems.

Hence, efficiency by the solution was born!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple, really:

1. You explain your problem in as much detail as you can using whatever medium you're most comfortable with.
2. We review your information, confirm we can meet your needs, and let you know how long it will take and confirm the flat fee.
3. You agree to our deadline/fee and pay the fee upfront.*
4. We send you at least one solution (more if applicable) and will be available for follow-up explanations or tweaks at no extra charge.
5. You jump for joy that your problem is solved. (If you don't jump for joy, and we can't provide an alternate adequate solution, you'll get a full refund.)

*We trust you! We swear! But we don't really know her or him... if you think we suck, you can always chargeback your credit card. If she uses our solution to save $10,000 but never pays us, all we have is this voodoo doll, and it's awfully hard to make a life-like replica based on a Twitter avatar. (We've tried.)

WHAT KINDS OF PROBLEMS DO YOU SOLVE?

Short answer: all kinds!

Some clients come to us and say "I need a new project management app with these features" -- and since we've already worked with every PM app under the sun, it makes a lot more sense to pay us $150 to pick the best one than to spend days researching it themselves.

Others have somewhat broader problems ("My filing system doesn't work for me, because I never get around to filing things") or very general ones ("I hate my job").

One thing we don't do is "solve" your problem by suggesting you hire us for 100 hours. We provide a real, workable action plan, and while we'd love to continue to work with you, our plans never require you to hire us to implement them.

WHAT DOES IT USUALLY COST?

Most solutions are just $150, but problems requiring multiple solutions will run higher. If you email us with a quick description, we're happy to send you back a ballpark.
