BEFORE OUR CALL...

To make the most of our hour, we'd like to suggest (but do not require) that you have the following ready before our call.

We provide basic complimentary technical support via email for these steps at no charge if you have a scheduled phone consultation. We're also happy to help over the phone, but please understand that tech support time will count towards our hour.

1. Setup GMail for your email account(s).
2. Create the following GMail labels: @WAITINGON, Active Projects, Bacn, ID, Memorable, Shopping, Taxes, To Read.
3. Create a Google Calendar called "Tickler."
4. Install Firefox.
5. Install the Greasemonkey Firefox extension.
6. Install the GMail Macros Greasemonkey script by clicking here. ("Better GMail" users can skip this step.)
7. Install the Check Range Greasemonkey script by clicking here.
8. Signup for del.icio.us.
9. Install the del.icio.us bookmarklets.
10. Install the free trial version of TextExpander (Mac) or ActiveWords (PC).
